Orders and shipping
We're working on getting our products to you, wherever you are in the world. Subscribe to our newsletter to receive latest updates.
We process orders to be ready for pickup or shipped out 3-7 days* from payment confirmation.
*We always aim to be ready and ship out as soon as possible. Please note that some third party couriers do not operate on weekends or holidays, or delay pickups due to weather conditions. In these cases expected timeline for ship out (excluding courier's delivery lead time) may be extended.
We take every order seriously - each product goes through several steps of quality control and personal inspection throughout manufacturing, packaging, and order dispatch. We do not accept returns & exchanges, but if you have any concerns related to product raw materials, make, or finishing - please contact us directly.

Delivery modes enlist third party couriers where we have limited control, but we do our best to pack each order so it arrives to you safely.
During delivery or after receiving your order, should there be any concerns that appear to be related to courier handling, please contact us directly as soon as possible so we can help you, for example via providing shipment invoice or tracking numbers.
Once items are dispatched, Sunday Pets Club has little to no further control over the packages. Buyers are responsible for receiving packages at the shipping addresses provided at checkout on the website. If your package was delivered to the correct shipping address but it was unsuccessfully received and returned by the courier to Sunday Pets Club, please contact us directly to arrange re-shipment and settlement of new shipping fees, if any.

PRODUCTS
Use a damp, non-abrasive cloth with warm water for general cleaning. To remove stains, use a few drops of unscented liquid soap with cloth and wipe the stain. Immediately wipe with a damp cloth to avoid damage from the soap. Dry naturally in the shade with good ventilation, or lightly fan if further necessary. Do not rush with intense heat such as sunshine or a hair dryer.
While products are designed and tested for daily wear, discoloration and deformation may still naturally occur due to exposure to harsher environmental factors such as intense or prolonged heat, moisture, humidity, and force. Avoid extreme conditions and forceful handling to prolong the life of the product.
Avoid prolonged contact between light and dark colors to minimize the risk of color bleeding between various colored items.

Our treat packs come with silica gel pouches to protect the treats from moisture. Please store your treats in a cool area away from sunlight. We recommend consuming treats within 7 days of opening the pack and within 30 days of purchase.
Our collars come in 3 sizes. To determine your dog's size, use measuring tape to measure the circumference of your dog's neck and compare this to our sizing chart on the collar product page. For most dogs, the collar would sit at the base of their neck.
OTHERS
We offer custom subscription packages for our treats. This helps you ensure that you have stock of all your dog's favorite treats, delivered as frequently as needed, without any worry.
